As I’ve indicated in the past, our firm policy is not to discuss audit matters with shareholders, investors and outside parties. However, please be advised that our firm has been diligent in working with this client to obtain the necessaryinformation, but management has been unresponsive for several months. We can’t audit what we haven’t received.
