Bernie Nicholls has accepted to become the new President of the corporation.

Mr. Nicholls was a star hockey player from the NHL. He has played for many teams in the past such as
Los Angeles Kings, NY Rangers, Edmonton Oilers, New Jersey Devils, San Jose Sharks among others.

Mr. Nicholls will bring a focus and a new direction towards professional sports. The company will
