I think we will have real news at ASCO. It would make zero sense for a cash starved company to rent a massive display booth/theater if they had no real news to announce. It would also be financial suicide to begin Direct trials without some sort of financial partnership. Financing the Direct trials through dilutive funding is simply not an option based in reality, and if they imply on Sunday that they are going in that direction there will likely be a massive selloff on Monday. It simply makes no sense whatsoever, and I don't think DI or LP would be that stupid. Would be better to not even show up to ASCO if that was the case.


With that said, I don't think we'll get topline at ASCO. Maybe I'm wrong, but the press release seemed to imply that wasn't quite ready. However I think we could very well see the following, and if we do, we'll get a nice little boost to the stock price on Monday.

-Approval of the SAP by regulatory agencies
-Firm timeline of when the data will be unblinded
-update on the blinded data (particularly how many people are still alive would be amazing)
-Financing deal with big pharma for Direct trials and combo trials
-Potentially some nice looking preliminary data for the Direct trial (not holding my breath for this one)

If we get these I'll be a happy camper.

Of course nobody knows for sure. Sunday could be a gold mine or it could be a real goose egg. Therein lies the risk...
