At the end of the line, this is a war of Ucore vs. China, not much of any other companies to be considered. Since REE issue is a national security issue, so 3 REE companies in China will survive with all the support they can get from their government. Ucore has extreme robust process, so the cost will be the lowest, Ucore will beat China with no sweat. All the rest companies in ROW without robust process, cost will roughly 30% higher than China product, and if talking about survive, I do not know how with my professional engineering back ground.
