It seems apparent that only financing will move the needle. Someone might have got word that news was coming and bought yesterday on that fact. No follow through today is a sign that retail cannot push this higher and we need deep pockets to get that done. If and when financing is forthcoming, the big boys will disseminate the terms of the deal and act accordingly. The key will be the debt/equity component.

Greater debt and less equity will mean less dilution and a much larger share price. It is as simple as that.
