It's like this. Tim starts up NursesLounge.com almost 10 years ago. He is cruising along using his reputation from jobs.com to lead everyone along while he loses millions upon millions of dollars. He needs a way out of this failed venture. So he hooks up with Davenport.
Now Davenport is either a willing participant or he has no idea what Tim is doing. But now what Tim is doing is paying all of this debt off using the great reputation that 4less has built up over the last few of years. He is coaxing investors in with the 4less potential and able to make all of these claims about how much this company is going to grow. People learn about Armes' past accomplishment with jobs.com and learn how 4less has grown so much in such a short amount of time and realize the huge potential the company has. Meanwhile he just keeps issuing shares to pay down his debt. The delay is a scheme by Armes. He wants everyone to think that the price is tanking because of delays. The reality is there are many more debts to pay and this is not the bottom. We are not going to see a 10k any time soon. All you pumpers talk about due diligence. Well, if you did your due diligence then you know that MCGI was delinquent in filings for years, so this is one of Armes' ploys. You may make money on this stock some day, but don't think for a second that the 10k being filed (whenever that is) will all of the sudden make make the share price stay up forever. The price may spike but its not staying up. The flippers love this company, but anyone who is not just a flipper and actually wants to hold long to make money, should not invest until after October, if even at all. Tim cannot be trusted it seems at this point. IMO of course. This is just speculation on my part, but after all isn't that what trading is?
