FYI...Spartan is not getting sued. They reached......

a settlement with Axos, the clearing firm. The trader that created the loss is responsible, though Spartan had to shut down because he failed to live up to his responsibilities.

Perhaps “spoon fed” information isn’t the best to receive and run with.

Just sayin’
