I don't know of any company that didn't have to fix something in their "books" to complete an audit for 10Ks first time around...and its not like RSBM was working with them around the clock, more like an hour a week once a week, that takes time...finally Roger recognized that he needs more admin support, its called live and learn nobody is omniscient enough to know what is needed first times around..especially with a drastically growing company like AMFE...AND a plane ol' biz degree doesn't give a graduate enough "book" education, that's what an Accounting degree is for...
