JL....you DO realize that this has nothing to do with Barrick having title or not having title....don't you? Point is....YOU don't have title....and THAT is what was the end of MSX, BJ.....and you.

Barrick's title claim is a 100% different thing. Barrick could be found not to have title and that would not make a bit of difference to you or MSX. The Chilean courts could not be any clearer saying you have....and never had anything to do with C 1912-2001.
