Much Bigger Vegas Footprint...Much Bigger Buyout Target

I'm still trying to decipher the news and how this affects us in the short and long term. The one day I sleep late...all the action happens.

This did catch me by surprise. Because I thought someone would take a direct equity stake and expand the existing operations we have in Vegas. Never thought we would acquire more licensing and cultivation.

560,000 sf of licenses is much better than 300,000 sf in Vegas.

This doesn't mean AUSA /ACB...Canopy or other big player has no interest in LIHT....it means they probably have more interest now. This just puts a bigger buyout target on our back.

Citation Growth Corporation....sounds a lot like Canopy Growth Corporation...and CGC is taken.
