They are... most traders on the OTC haven't taken the time to DD the company like you have posted here, they trade based on statements made by the company. When an expected update is not received impatient traders will sell. Looks like we have a solid group holding shares so it may not trade too much lower and may actually be bought up by people who truly know what's going on here. We shall see.
