With 3 billion shares outstanding, and if "most" will sell into the run and move on, how many shares will be sold into any run?

One billion? 1.5? Two?

What will happen to the PPS when this occurs?

Answer: PPS will collapse back down to match the fundamentals of the size of Cigawatt.
