Let me put it from a short term investing perspective I guess..

Volume has been drying up, which mean share price gets volatile most the time. This company PPS is already back pretty close to the failing previous business level.

Meanwhile they have a new truck that's out in the Denver area that people enjoy eating from! So they probably see that as a positive

On the other side of things they haven't been doing massive amounts of tiny PR, they've updated us about where their trucks are and what events and so on.

If they were fake, they are taking pain staking steps to appear legit.. almost to the point where it wouldn't be worth scamming the investors..
