I think if he lets the 30M+ go, it's actionalble. I'm ready to start a Class Action for negligence (a list of others) with all the IP of this company (over 200M on the books) and a WW Cannabis contract. Come on!

The ______ has a fudiciary responcibility to shareholders. Hayward's the one who ran this company into the ground with an admitted incompetent sales strategy (blew through millions). I'm sure he could sell the ship today to one of the large listed Cannabis companies. Let one of them break it up with 30M+ cash in hand (no Debt to speak of thanks to his Con). Announce it's up for Sale! Get bids!?

130M Market Cap with 30M+ in cash... done deal. How much is LineaRx (stupid name) worth on it's own with IP??
