Alright, I'll bite (pun intended). Please explain to me how the stock gets to $4.00 in the normal course of buiness before the November Warrants expire?

Is Hayward planning on leaving 30M+ on the table? Wouldn't that be CEO Malpractice?? You can do a decent buyout/takeover with that kind of money.

After years of massive dilution of Shareholders hard earned money ($.55), he just figured out that their sales approach sucks??

What the hell happened with Colorcon/ACG and that Pharma Pipeline he talked (manipulated) about?? (last year 6M revenue target)

Do you think they'll have back to back 3M quarters this year?? Will that get the stock to $4.00 before November? Please explain...

The low priced Warrants are now serious overhead. I would think he's smart enough to get that reality.

If he really cares about his Employees and Shareholders, he'll check his inflated ego. Sell now while Cannabis is hot!! Maybe a Israeli company would be interested... I believe it's his only way out of this mess.
