But nevertheless the construction takes 18 month starting from the day, the first shovel hit the ground. And that seems to be still a half a year to go. So i take a minimum of 24 month from now to start ramp up which might take another 2-3 month because of the magnitude of the project and because they start with the richest orebody at the bottom of the mine.

I agree that this have been achived by one 8-10 person, but wouldnt it be smater to hire more clever people to speed up that 2-5 year period of that planning / review cycle?
