Yes, I think to become current on 10Q/10K filings, or at least file a Form 15 would be a nice plus.

Still, once it's established that they have made the down payment on the building and presumably are setting up (or have set up) shop there, thus are doing business, I think we're ready for the next level.

PR on new sales can come anytime then with more impact. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
