Rubbish: The point is, this manipulation scheme was not initiated based on substance and it continued for a long time until the point that it impaired ADXS’s access to capital. That is my point.

Nope. Wrong. The $28 a share ($420 a share pre R/S) was just as phony and manipulated. The Company was worth $4 a share when DOC came in and $8 a share when he left. Plenty of capital, or better, a sale, like I proposed would have been the wise course. Could have had $8, or $120 in post R/S dollars.

But the fools on the boards (both of them) kept thinking ADXS was worth billions, that it was another KITE.

And ADXS could have raised money at $6 a share ($90 a share post R/S) but management didn't manage costs or funding properly.

So there was plenty of access to capital at $90 a share instead of $3.03 that the last funding round closed at. Face facts.
