We owns 5% of the stock/value on LPI. On UCPA 10-K balance sheet is show we owns 5% of LPI that is. However, at the end of the year. If LPI profit payout the dividend to us then it will show the money payout to UCPA.

UCPA quarter report only reporting UCPA financials. At the end of the year they will including everything to show the profit or losses 5% of their investment.
