News will be meaningless unless investors know the actrual share count, the real status of any potential investments and their burn rate.

I would love to know where the new preferred shares are also.

Fluff does not make a good investment.

Need facts. Not tweetrs, websites and so on.

Although the SEC will review all claims submitted as questionable.
