Yeah i'm a little confused by all this. Clearly assif never had control of the actual company as it still belonged to the old lady. So how could he get the 5 million dollar loan if that was the case? How is he not in jail for life for that? The REAL business is completely separate from this shell and that is why it is still chugging a long and this is in the toilet.
