I have been commenting on this stock for a while now. Initially i was looking for an AI play, and on the surface the RAD Bots looked cool. I had a few ( ok quite a few ) reservations in the filings, esspecially the notes. I did not at that time forsee what was going to happen.

I have never owned OMVS / AITX stock, more by luck than judgement.

I have learnt so much, I can predict dilution without offical OS numbers ( 335 mil today ) not the 229 reported.

I predicted the timing of the RS. ( although that was obvious as the AS will soon be hit )

The AS rise to 5 billion does not surprise me, but has serious implications that I dont think even SR / GP understands. They are going to dilute prior to the RS. Possibly 4 billions shares +

That will tank the stock well into trip zero territory... When that happens, the game changes.

Note holders that havnt been paid and are in default will push for BK ( hard as most are unsecured ), but not impossible. When higher than trips, they had hope that at least some would be returned.

Google trip zero stocks... the rules change.. It will be fixed by the RS, but possibly maybe to late... it will be interesting to watch.

More to learn, I even got a pump / dump lesson thrown in for free.
