What I am confused about is why it will take until the end of the year just to apply to the EU?


I think all of us are confused about that one. Especially when OldYeller said that they usually submit simultaneously...or close to it.

My only speculation is they are going to sell EU, and they're tired of people asking about it. Hence...they say 'by end of the year'...so people will quit asking.
