If that's the case, why wouldn't some rich, nice individual put the company and shareholders out of their misery by putting up an offer of say 20 million? He gets the company at 1/10 of it's worth and you shareholders just got yourselves a 5 bagger. Oh, I forgot...Sonny has some grandiose plans...
