There was a court date today. Not sure what happened exactly, but according the the court records there’ll be two other court dates in June. Also, it looks like a lawyer was there representing the CEO who resigned a few months ago.

I wonder if these guys are trying to bring the company back to life. Safe energy storage technology is gonna be huge. Someone could buy this company out and have all the pieces in place.

Meanwhile, the bid is slowly creeping up and all the sell volume has disappeared.
