GERS has never had any dealings with the FDA until now. So what's this all about?

I believe this is in regards to cannabis. Either cannabis products are now more than 10% of gross sales or the FDA has good reason to believe GERS is developing products that they regulate.

You're right, the fact that Greenshift is on this "well-regulated" list is very interesting, and it may offer us, the long-suffering GERS sharehholders, an opportunity to learn something more about this company.

If Kevin and the rest of the management team refuses to send the SEC the financial documents that would allow us to read them and make investment decisions that are based on them, then perhaps we can get some financial information about Greenshift from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration!
