GMEV--In its Annual Report year ended December 31, 2018, the Company indicates that it is not currently a
“shell company” as it is marketing and selling a patented water purification and filtration system;
maintains assets valued at $3,223,394.00; and operating expenses of $161,354.00. Accordingly, I do not
believe the Company is currently a “shell company.”
