Here's the saddest and most risky part, if the need for change is ignored.....the carefully planned, viable solution, including the rudder and Captain, is sitting over in the corner waiting. It will allow fresh financing through existing shareholders who have an excited attitude of 'Oh boy, here we go!', a highly competent group of great employees who are reinvigorated, a sales force with a highly respected mandate to go forth and multiply.....make deals, a respected and likable senior management and an expanded BoD.

What will all that do? Oh, who knows, cause success at every level?
