Many investors who trade in pink sheets market don't understand 'forward looking statements' or that it's an unregulated private marketplace. Some thinking or believing unfulfilled company statements must indicate a scam. That not the purpose of this marketplace process.

As for past BZTG companies that have since ceased to exist, any assets were dissolved with that companies termination.

Many companies on pink sheets have short life cycles. Many change business models and/or share structure. Many use forward looking statements to suggest possible future business ventures or outcomes. Many suggested forward looking statements may not happen or pan out. That's just the nature of many of these start-up companies allowed process and progress in this private run marketplace.
