Paley, Kevin P. McGrath, Tracy E. Sivitz, John P. Lucas, and Ricky Tong.-supervised by Lara S. Mehraban and Robert A. Cohen This scam reported NO sales last quarter--NONE!!!!!! Owes almost a million dollars (and losses of $ 3,000,000.) and $250k owed to "related party". Scammers led by Mike Irving sand Barry Hall both who involved with the SEC action against UBAI keep selling stock at any price to unsuspecting Marks. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!! Proof the real scam biz is printing stock!! And just to boot--the State of Nevada REVOKED its business license!
