FACTS & QUESTIONS

James Sullivan; where are you?
PROBABLY WORKING ON THE Q

Fact: new CFO James Sullivan came on board one month ago and no one has heard a word from him. WHY?
WHY DO WE NEED TO HEAR FROM THE NEW CFO. IM SURE HES BUSY WORKING AND EARNING THAT NICE FAT SALARY.

Fact: the conference call was the perfect opportunity to hear from the new CFO but not one word was spoken. WHY?
I MIGHT AGREE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HEAR FROM HIM, ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT NECESSARY.

Fact: the first quarterly report with the new CFO was late. WHY?!!!
COULD BE ONE OF MANY MANY REASONS BUT AN EXTENSION WAS FILED. NO ISSUE

Fact: the late Q was a material event yet it was not disclosed on the shareholder conference call. WHY?!!!!
NOT AN ISSUE ALTHOUGH IT WAS DISCLOSED THAT TWO MORE BOARD MEMBERS WERE BEING ADDED.

Fact: it took two years for a new CFO to be assigned. WHY?
GOOD QUESTION. COULD HAVE BEEN ASKED IN WRITING BEFORE THE CC.

Fact: the Notification of late Q on form 12b-25 was NOT signed by the new CFO James Sullivan. WHY?
I DONT CARE AT ALL MDLG IS FULLY QUALIFIED TO SIGN IT

Fact: the former CFO claims that MDLG is a con-man and a fraud who has looted the company of millions of dollars. WHY, and could it be true?
WHEN AND WHERE HAS ERIC MARQUEZ STATED THESE ALLEGATIONS? WE HAVENT PUBLICLY HEARD FROM HIM PERSONALLY HAVE WE?

Fact: CipherLoc’s stock is at an ALL-TIME low. WHY?
GOOD QUESTION. COULD BE A COMBINATION OF MANY THINGS. NOT AN ISSUE. ACTUALLY A GREAT BUYING OPPORTUNITY.

Fact: CipherLoc has had zero sales for years and years. WHY?
Conclusion? We all deserve answers!
