Joe Biden Claims Second Amendment Doesn’t Mean You’re “Entitled” To Gun Ownership

(Tea Party PAC) – You know, Joe Biden is right.

We’re not entitled to own guns.

It’s a God-given right.

The dictionary definition of “entitled” is “believing oneself to be inherently deserving of privileges or special treatment.”

Owning a gun in the United States of America is not a privilege or special treatment.

It’s a natural right endowed upon us by our Creator.

And, like most Democrats, Joe Biden is hoping you don’t know this about our founding documents or the reason the Second Amendment was created in the first place.

The Second Amendment was put in place as a clear-cut reminder that the federal government belonged to the people, not the other way around.

An armed populace can protect against tyranny, while a disarmed populace can watch all their rights be taken away with no means to defend those God-given rights.

Our Founding Fathers understood that a government should be by the people, for the people, to serve, not to control.

And as long as Democrats fail to take our guns, they fail at achieving the mass tyranny they so desperately desire.

This week, Vice President Joe Biden told us how he really feels about the Constitution, declaring that “Second Amendment exists” (wow, he’s a genius) but that it does not say everyone is “entitled” to own a gun.

Yeah, dude, it pretty much does.

“By the way, if one of you left the keys in your car down the street, and a kid comes along and jumps in it and takes off, you could be held liable civilly for that. So if you own a gun, put a damn trigger lock on it. Put it in a case. You have an obligation,” was his nonsensical argument.

The former Vice President also spoke of past gun control measures he has supported, specifically the 1994 “assault weapons” ban, noting that it also “limited the number of bullets in a clip.”

So you know he’s a real pro when it comes to guns (eyeroll).

He also spoke about his role as “point man” for former President Barack Obama following the December 14, 2012 attack on Sandy Hook Elementary School, which the Democrats wasted no time politicizing despite the gruesome nature of the horrific massacre.

He said, “There are so many other things we can do to make schools safer, other than arming teachers.”

What these things were, however, he left up to our imagination.

For the record, this is what the Second Amendment says:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

So you see, bearing arms is not an entitlement. It is a right that SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
