$DATI In an April 23rd press release, management touched on being in the process of co-founding a services company to facilitate Reg. A+ capital raises. Having now completed this, TruCrowd Services gives DATI the ability to offer marketing services to those startup and early-stage issuers not only listed on TruCrowd, Inc., but on other crowdfunding portals such as StartEngine, Republic and WeFunder [as examples].
