I sure hope there is dilution. Anyone who is hoping the NOL's can be monetized is banking on a reverse merger, or like transaction, that allows us to take advantage of those.

Of course that should come after they sell the rest of the book and distribute the capital to shareholders. The Board should have that message, loud and clear, or that is my belief.
