It's absolutely imperative that this is understood. There's an attempt to shift ALL the focus on the new CEO and Teresa, the person who was filling in until one was named. Before Dany was appointed CEO, there was nothing about him being a scammer. There was nothing about him not having the knowledge to run a publicly traded company.

Now that he's the newly appointed CEO, it's only been constant unwarranted complaints against him and Teresa. Understand the full picture here. The BOD is well known and highly respected. Everything being accomplished by the company is being done so by a TEAM effort.

Not one of the members on the BOD is willing to ruin their name and reputation along with the names and reputations of the companies they represent. Remember, there is a BOD here and nothing is going to take place without the BOARDS approval.

It's very IMPORTANT to understand, these Board members are here to accomplish BIG things and IMPROVE shareholder's value.

Read up on the Board members. Read up on the companies they represent. See if you find any negative things in regards to how they conduct business.

The companies they represent have ties to MAJOR companies and Government entities. NO one is going to risk those affiliations to be part of a scam.
