The above omitted a key paragraph that painted the true story of Qsep active coverup of the Kmcc nightmare. Qsep continues to fan the flames of deception today by adding the line that Km has “interest” just like they did with TCPL. It’s a big Bull crap sandwich and shows once again there is no difference between now and then. Management continues to spin a giant negative into something more palatable...but it not true. Km simply said “come back if you prove the magic pipe” meanwhile they didn't pay a dime for a legal binding contract that was promoted and used as a counterbalance to the failure of the TCPL termination. QSep management must believe its loyal shareholders don't have a memory of actual events.
