Possibly, but I have been in BIVI since mid-February 2019 and VNDM/CFGN (market makers) did not show up (at least from when I first started watching the L2) until the spike past the .07c resistance level on 3/20. I am sure they influenced its downtrend before that but my last comment goes back to before the recent article attack. If the toxic market makers had shares to sell, they would do it but it’s all games and manipulation at this point.
