Silvr, I wonder if it has anything to do with some Senior Note holders choosing to convert to shares.

As for a buyout, according to the latest Def14 filing, Przybyl's Potential Payments Upon Termination or Change of Control is $5,475,890 less than in 2018 when they were rumored to be entertaining offers for the company.

Possible sale

On the other hand, a merger or acquisition where part of of the deal is based on average stock value and Przybyl and ANIP maintain control might explain the price activity.
