Yes, SEC suspension would be a positive for the company. This would then lead to revocation of the ticker, which means the company would be forced to go private.

ALKM is massively delinquent and has not filed financials and is almost 3 years delinquent again. The bungling CEO apparently lied about financials 'soon".

That would save the company money, but unfortunately investors would possibly never get to sell their shares.
