Why speculate??

What I see from the law suit is that maybe LDSI will get the licence that they claimed they had for the USA to market the motor technology. But who knows if they will ever get it after them finding out who MacGregor /Matejka is.

My feeling is that this will never go anywhere. M/M has better thing to do with his life right now. He's in the film business and assume he will stay there (THIEF!! and SPREAD THE WORD!!)

I don't know where you get this merger idea from?? All the deal was is a simple "licencing agreement" that he said he had when he NEVER had it

What will we be left with if the reverse merger happens.
