Believe "administrative insolvency" is off the table for now.

At least that is what is claimed in the latest DS (Docket 3895):

Administrative Expense Claims Satisfied in full from:
• Proceeds of the Wind Down Account; and
• Net proceeds of the Total Assets.



If this turns out to be true, then NO Chap 7 will be necessary.
