from what I heard about Rhonda, she the type that won't file or announce anything until all things are lined up, then once she has everything done, she fires it all away and boom the r/m is done...if you look at the other custodian players...they kinda do the opposite, they have little items here and there and can stretch out for a very long time, its a still a lotto play here, but I think the extent they went to get this shell and the ss here, it will be a nice return...imo
