STAUD is merely a temporary designation because of the RS. Shareholders should have sued Corley long ago. He can try to explain away this RS anyway he wants. The reality is that this was his final act of theft. He has stolen blind the very people who put him in business. He does not have one ounce of integrity in his entire soul.
