Well, after seeing the O/S trickle up even further to nearly 5B out of an A/S of 6B, I'm afraid there's another letdown in the future rather than any sort of recovery. If ANDI does assemble a worthwhile looking endeavor some time in the future for another stock sale, there's little doubt it will be preceded by a RS so there'll be enough shares available to convert preferred B's and sell.
