They are scumbags at the OTC. I've had them do that to me before. There's nothing a small-time investor to do but take it up the chute. Unless you want to spend huge money on a lawyer they can screw you anytime they want, unfortunately. I'm pretty sure the SEC doesn't care about penny stocks and turns their head the other way.
