That lawsuit was not a 20 mil lawsuit, if it went to trial and the auditors and unethical and intentional bad behavior was exposed punitive damages could have made a 3 million dollar case a 20 million dollar judgment. Two weeks before trial date the case was postponed and then settled.

As for VTGN, they have 4 potential blockbuster drugs. If anyone of them are successful the company will be worth a minimum of 1.5 to 3 billion dollars.
