please enlighten me

You lost me. All I know is someone else posted about the 40%+ that the management holds and they will control the outcome of the votes in all likelihood.

The only two areas I've been talking about are Mona III on the board and the Evergreen issue.

I don't mind telling you ANYTHING as long as I understand what I'm supposed to tell. Ha. I'm confused right now.

Like I said before, I only voted the two 'No' votes to get the attention of 'young' Mona III who needs to know he has to prove himself and the rewarding of the shares should not come until a later time after we've got out of this funk we are in. They will surely see the outcome of the votes and when they see so many negative ones it should send them a signal. I don't want to deprive them of anything they deserve. I just want them to not be too free-wheeling with the shares and money expended. The top management is making BIG bucks right now. Huge salaries. I don't want 'em to burn all the cash up before we get to another more lucrative level.
