The only filing today was that Immune withdrew their application to retain Gary Rabin as the CEO. Doesn't make any sense. Lots of possible explanations- hopefully we'll find out what happened today soon. If the sale was approved, I would expect a pr tomorrow and there would still be a court order filing coming too. I know Discover didn't like Gary Rabin, so maybe there was some kind of negotiation where Immune withdrew him as part some kind of deal- who knows. It might also be nothing more than a legal issue where they will replace the docket with another one-with different terms/compensation etc, which could also be part of a negotiation.
