Interesting, they have created a company in the same city that NXP Semiconductors has a fab that makes 200MM wafers.

I wonder if that is a possible connection ?

Maybe a potential investor required local corporation ownership or it has been done to ease business operations in the EU.

At least it shows they are moving forward, with what, we have no idea but I guess at this point forward is good.
