I know I question much at times and it comes across as negative (although it shouldn't) but that doesn't mean I don't try regularly to find info!
Anyway, here's a little something positive for you all given how challenging it has been for everyone to communicate with anyone from the company. I emailed yesterday to the address listed on the laredo website and got a reply with name heading DooHoo Park!

I didn't ask much. Was mostly trying to get any kind of reply.

You all do want you want but I wouldn't start sending emails from all directions.
Anyway, it was a positive for me. How ever little it was.
